Oakland BE work in the built environment, providing a comprehensive service to our clients across the spectrum. Our services include everything from initial project cost evaluation, through to design, planning and construction. We have a proven track record of completing commercial, medical and industrial fit outs, as well as new build projects. We work nationwide on projects working with end users/occupiers, developers, property companies and surveyors.
Edgwarebury Lane Cemetery was developed from a greenfield site. For Oakland BE this was a design and build project working with our client to deliver new buildings and burial plots over 12 acres. Each of the buildings was designed to meet defined religious and operational requirements.
We were asked to create an external social space on a high rise building in the heart of Birmingham. Working with the client’s architects we were able to deliver a project which redeveloped the external spaces into areas where the building occupants could meet and socialise.
A high-end bar and restaurant located at One Snowhill, the business district of Birmingham City Centre, received a smart and modern make over. New air conditioning systems and extraction, and a bespoke kitchen and bar fit out. This smart and modern décor was all highlighted with feature lighting.
